The bed is beautifully designed and was just right for what we needed. We checked it out twice at the Sydney store and measured up the space before ordering. It’s quite large so take that into account when deciding if it will fit.
Delivery was very quick and the drivers were excellent. We paid the extra for in room delivery and for us with stairs this was worth it. The sofa arrives in four large and heavy boxes.
The packaging was all cardboard and fabric. No plastic at all!

Set up took two people less than an hour with no tools needed. We loved the cleverness of assembly. The video really helped with figuring out how to do it.
The covers had a nasty smell that dissipated in a week. The fabric quality felt good and they were beautifully made. We chose oatmeal which is a simple neutral. Sadly, stitching had not been properly finished on the mattress in one small but obvious area. Customer service was excellent and a replacement cover arrived in the mail a week later.
The sliding mechanism was very stiff, which got less stiff once we tightened all the screws a bit more. Customer service was excellent and a stick of beeswax arrived in the mail. Applying this on the side rails fixed the problem instantly and the mechanism is now smooth and easy for one person to manage. Just like the video!
